We want you to love your lighting. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
Items must be in the same condition as received—unused, uninstalled, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back. Please do not send any items without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can make things right for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Custom or personalized lighting
Sale items or gift cards
Items that have been installed, used, or are not in their original packaging

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to complete your return first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification. All items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
